I would like to provide positive feedback on our experience with LJ Hooker Albion Park Rail.
Sue took over management of our rental property at 1/9 Burrill Place Flinders and did an amazing job. She took over the account and bought an overdue account to the point where it was a week in advance and all overdue water bills were paid in full. I was very impressed with the way the Bree handled the rental termination and final inspection. Both ladies were friendly and professional at all times, they were actually referred to me by a friend and I would also recommend them to anyone seeking management.
Craig managed the sale of our property a 41 Byamee Street Dapto. He was efficient, friendly and honest. We were able to sell the property within a few weeks of it entering the market as a result of his efforts.
We have dealt with other real estate agents before and found that the staff at LJ Hooker exceeded our expectations on every level. They returned phone calls and emails, kept us informed of important events, kept accurate records, were competitive in their pricing, and actually followed up on every promise they made to us. Monique did a great job at reception, she passed on all messages, contacted us about all issues regarding our rental property as soon as possible, was very knowledgeable and very friendly (a skill greatly lacking for most people in her position).
