• The property will be open to individuals in 10 minute increments by private
appointment only
• Please ensure you arrive promptly at your allocated time
• Please wait on the street until our representative calls you.
• Please do not approach our staff members. In the interest of Social Distancing
please direct any questions you may have via email to our office.
• Please ensure a distance of 2 meters is kept from any person at all times (including
our staff).
• Do not touch door handles, light switches, cupboards etc. Our staff will ensure all
doors are open prior to the inspection and lights turned on where necessary.
• We encourage the use of hand sanitizer before and after the inspection. Please note
due to the current shortage of this product we are unable to supply this to clients.
Please bring your own.
• Do not attend inspections if you have been overseas within the past 30 days.
• Do not attend inspections if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of
breath.
• All applications must be lodged on line via 1form or email. No paperwork or
applications will be accepted at the property or in person at our office.
